Welcome to JetSimly. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

JetSimly provides global eSIM data connectivity profiles. Our services are subject to the coverage and capabilities of our local telecommunication partners worldwide. We strive for maximum uptime, but network availability is not guaranteed in all geographical areas.

2. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure network stability for all users, our "unlimited" or high-capacity data plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy determined by local network operators. If data usage abnormally exceeds average consumer limits, network speeds may be temporarily throttled to 3G/2G speeds.

3. Activation and Device Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchasing. JetSimly is not liable for service failures due to locked devices or incompatible hardware.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIM profiles, once an eSIM QR code has been generated and scanned (or the profile has been downloaded to a device), the product is considered "used" and cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are only applicable for un-scanned profiles within 14 days of purchase or in the event of a verified technical failure on our end.

5. Limitation of Liability

JetSimly shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or connectivity during travel.
